DataverseOS is proud to Iaunch "Rebuild Ownership," a virtual hackathon dedicated to tackling one of the most pressing challenges of our time: the erosion of private data ownership.
The current problem with the internet is that big companies control mainly-used applications along with identities, isolated and difficult to connect. Our data is stored in centralized storage and we are promised by “privacy policies” — we are never allowed to control data.
With the blockchain revolution, protocol composability is shaping the Web3 Internet. We believe it is the time to maintain data sovereignty in a decentralized way:
Now, we launch the "Rebuild Ownership" hackathon, so everyone can compose and combine various data stacks and protocols. We will open a new topic together with developers, exploring the next generation of identity computer for decentralized data applications.
